BUFIKS sp. z o.o. continues the activity started by BUFIKS FINANS – SERVIS Group Biuro Usług Finansowo Księgowych sp. z o.o., which was established in 1989.

The company’s shareholders are certified auditors with multiple years of experience in auditing entities and capital groups creating financial statements under Polish GAAP, as well as IAS and IAFS.

BUFIKS cooperates with a team of over a dozen experienced specialists in the field of accounting and finance, business valuation, and transformation of business entities, which include: statutory auditors, tax advisers, court experts in the area of accounting, experts with ACCA title, certified accountants, qualified advisers in the field of obtaining grants from European Union funds and implementation of large investment projects, property appraisers, lawyers, and attorneys.

Over 30 years of experience of the BUFKIS company in the auditing market allows us to provide the highest quality specialized services tailored to the needs and expectations of both small and large business entities from various industries.

The wide range of our services enables us to approach each of our clients individually. The BUFIKS company has carried out over 5,000 audits of financial statements and over 1,500 other financial services since 1989.

• Expert witness in accountancy.

Graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice, Faculty of Organization and Management. Has multiple years of experience in auditing financial statements, as well as management of companies gained while working as Chief Accountant and President of the Management Board in companies with foreign capital. He specializes in tax consultancy, mergers,divisions, and transformations of companies, financial analyzes and business unit valuations. He performs financial audits of companies and capital groups under Polish GAAP as well as IAS/IFRS. He is a long-term lecturer in the field of accounting of the Polish Chamber of Accountants. He has been cooperating with BUFIKS since 1999 and from 2009 onwards he has been the President of the Management Board.

Vicepresident of the management board  – Ilona Jaroszek

• Statutory auditor of The National Chamber of Statutory Auditors (KIBR) no. 10470

Graduate of the Silesian Technical University, Faculty of Organization and Management. She gained experience in units of various profiles, acting as an accountant and proxy. She specializes in auditing financial statements of companies from the industrial, commercial, and service sectors. She conducts audits of entities and capital groups and prepares financial statements under Polish GAAP and IAS / IFRS. She is an academic lecturer and she obtained a PhD from the Faculty of Finance of the University of Economics in Katowice. She has been associated with the Company since 2006. She has been serving as the Vice President of the Management Board since 2009.
